[ FAQs ]How long does it take to paint a custom order?
I like to allow 2-3 weeks per order, but most items will ship soooner than that. What if I want a custom/personalized piece but can't seem to find exactly what I want? Many pieces are inspired by the designs and ideas of customers! Can't find what you are looking for? Have something special in mind? Contact us and we can definitely help you create that one-of-a-kind gift. The sky is the limit! Payment methods: For online orders you may pay using paypal (there's no need to be a paypal member and you can pay with any credit card.) I also accept personal checks and money orders but will have to wait until payment clears before shipping any item. All purchases made within the state of Minnesota will be subject to 6.5% sales tax. What is your return policy? We are happy to accept any items that you are not completely satisfied with. All returns must be mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise in non-refundable in most cases. When returning an item please include a copy of your receipt and an explanation of why you are returning the item ordered. Provided the item is received in good condition, a refund/exchange/credit will be promptly issued upon receipt. Privacy. Will you share information with anyone else? Absolutely not! Clay Pots Pottery is committed to your privacy and will never sell or share your information with anyone else. All information will be used for fulfilling order purposes only. This is a wonderful small ministry devoted to helping the poorest, remotest people of Romania build houses, start small farms, aquire animals, provide food, shelter and clothing.
